Trinity House
At the Trinity House site, tree-ring dating has demonstrated the survival of a medieval undercroft to the chapel, dated to AD 1183, in what was previously considered a building of sixteenth-century date. This research has been used to inform appropriate repair strategies and enable listed building consent.
