Government consultation on National Lottery money for arts and film, sport, and heritage from 2009.

Every year the National Lottery raises well over £1 billion to be shared among good causes. The government needs your views to help determine what proportion of Lottery money is allocated to the arts and film, sport and heritage after 2009, and what the policy should be on how Lottery money is spent in each of these good causes.

Please visit the DCMS website to find out more and take part in this consultation at .

The results are due in summer 2006.

The Heritage Lottery Fund is also running a consultation – Our Heritage, Our Future, Your Say – asking everyone how they think heritage lottery money should be spent in the future.

This runs from the 23rd November to 28th February 2006.
